Typically, orders are delivered within 7-10 business days from the confirmation of your order.

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Orders that haven't left our warehouse can be cancelled. Simply email us at jmmjfoods@gmail.com to request cancellation, stating the reason. We advise waiting until you've received all products under a single order number before cancelling to avoid any cancellation charges.

Return Policy

At Khaasiyat, we conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels, tags, and boxes.

To initiate a return, email us at jmmjfoods@gmail.com with the reason and supporting images/videos. Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the product from the address provided during order placement. Please note, two attempts will be made for pickup; if unsuccessful, the customer must arrange return courier.

Discounted items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed post-quality inspection, taking 3-5 business days from receipt of goods at our warehouse. If a promo code or discount was used, you'll be refunded the final amount paid after applying the discount.

Damages due to improper usage or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Refunds due to allergic reactions or subjective reasons like taste are not applicable.
